This critical role is integral to the successful coordination and seamless execution of our diverse portfolio of ongoing projects, including Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Central Processing Units (CPU), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), and other significant EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact, coordinating effectively with Project Managers, Site Engineers, the Design Team, the Purchase Team, and various Vendors to ensure seamless project flow and timely completion.
• Proactively track critical project elements including detailed schedules, material procurement status, on-site progress, and comprehensive project documentation from initiation to close-out.
• Prepare, compile, and meticulously maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project reports, providing clear, concise, and actionable updates to all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Diligently follow up on the status of engineering drawings, necessary regulatory and internal approvals, material dispatches to sites, and specific site requirements to proactively prevent delays and mitigate risks.
• Provide essential support across the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and active execution phases to meticulous billing coordination and efficient project close-out activities.
• Ensure consistently smooth, transparent, and effective communication channels are established and maintained between the office-based administrative and technical teams and on-site operational personnel.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience in a Project Coordinator or a similar Project Planning & Coordination role within a relevant industry.
• Prior experience specifically within the Water Treatment (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), or general EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects is highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
• Possess a strong foundational knowledge of project documentation best practices, effective coordination methodologies, and robust progress monitoring techniques essential for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in using productivity tools such as MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, alongside practical experience with various project reporting tools and software.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, demanding project environment.
