Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive technical support to end-users for various hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, workstations, peripheral devices, and software applications across the organization.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults efficiently, including operating systems, office productivity suites, and custom applications.
• Assist in the basic management and monitoring of network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and adherence to security protocols.
• Set up and configure IT equipment for new employees, managing their access rights and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and incident resolutions to enhance our knowledge base.
• Collaborate effectively with senior IT staff on system upgrades, infrastructure projects, and the implementation of new technologies to support business growth.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Computer Hardware & Networking, Electronics & Telecommunication, or a closely related technical field.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware architecture, various operating systems (Windows, basic Linux), and fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and methodical approach to technical challenges.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users and colleagues.
• Possess an enthusiastic, tech-savvy mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Capable of working effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment for a 6-day work week in Mumbai.
