Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and algorithms to address various business problems.
• Perform extensive data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to prepare datasets for model training.
• Evaluate and optimize the performance of ML models using various metrics and techniques to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and integrate machine learning solutions effectively.
• Contribute to the entire machine learning lifecycle, from ideation and experimentation to deployment and monitoring.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and related technologies, continuously enhancing our capabilities.
• Develop and implement practical AI-based applications, leveraging advanced techniques where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, with a strong portfolio of projects for freshers.
• Proficiency in Python and strong fundamentals in core Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with data manipulation libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
• Demonstrated ability in data preprocessing, model development, and comprehensive model evaluation techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience or project work in areas such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, TensorFlow/PyTorch, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a significant plus.
