Associate Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Configure, maintain, and support Cisco Routing & Switching equipment, including routers, switches, and wireless controllers (WLC).
• Manage and optimize Cisco Wireless infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure wireless connectivity.
• Implement and administer FortiGate Firewalls, developing and enforcing security policies to protect network assets.
• Deploy and maintain Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) solutions, including 802.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS+ for secure network access.
• Work with Software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN) solutions, specifically Meraki, to enhance network performance and flexibility.
• Administer Meraki Switching & Wireless devices, ensuring optimal performance and connectivity across the network.
• Manage and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services, with a preference for experience with Infoblox.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new network solutions and upgrade existing infrastructure.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• For L1 Network Engineer: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in network administration and support.
• For L2 Network Engineer: 4-6 years of extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex network infrastructures.
• Proven expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching technologies and strong understanding of networking protocols.
• Solid experience with Cisco Wireless (WLC) and Meraki Switching & Wireless solutions.
• Proficiency in FortiGate Firewall management and security policy implementation.
• Demonstrable experience with Cisco ISE, including 802.1X, RADIUS, and TACACS+.
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies, particularly Meraki, is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (Infoblox preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients.
