Associate Product Designer (Adobe XD)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate user research findings, business requirements, and technical constraints into effective user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Design compelling, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) and engaging user experiences (UX) for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency across all products.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and final designs to internal teams and stakeholders, clearly articulating design rationale and gathering feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and successful product launches.
• Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Demonstrable expertise in User Experience (UX) design principles, including information architecture, interaction design, and usability.
• Strong command of User Interface (UI) design, visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
