Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the definition, development, and launch of new product features and enhancements for Hike's diverse product portfolio, including Messenger, Travel, and Cinema.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify unmet needs, market trends, and potential product opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals.
• Contribute to the creation of detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process effectively.
• Analyze product performance data, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to optimize user engagement, satisfaction, and overall product success.
• Support the product roadmap planning, prioritizing features based on business value, technical feasibility, and user impact.
• Clearly communicate product updates, progress, and insights to internal stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding and commitment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role within a technology-driven company.
• Demonstrated passion for building exceptional consumer-facing products and solving complex user problems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven product decisions.
