Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities for innovation.
• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth product development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
• Drive the product development process, prioritizing features, managing backlogs, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and market trends to inform product iterations and future strategic decisions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in Product Management, ideally within a fast-paced and complex industry.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully launching and managing products that have delivered significant business and customer impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across all levels.

• Prior experience in the Claims domain is highly preferred, offering a distinct advantage for understanding our core business.
