Associate QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications (iOS/Android) to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests on various platforms.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Participate actively in all phases of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Perform API testing to validate backend functionalities and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure quality throughout the development process.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests and facilitate continuous delivery.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of proven experience in QA Automation, specifically with web and mobile testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with industry-standard automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of API Testing principles and experience with tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA for defect tracking and test case management.
• Proficient with Git for version control.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
