Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough manual testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to identify defects and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Assist in the development, execution, and maintenance of automation test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
• Design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases across various testing phases, including functional, regression, and UAT.
• Report and track defects using appropriate bug tracking systems, ensuring clear and concise documentation for reproducible issues.
• Analyze test results, provide detailed feedback, and work with development teams to resolve identified issues promptly.
• Continuously research and evaluate new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance our QA processes.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to improve product quality and team efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven exposure to both manual and automation testing techniques and principles.
