Associate Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive verification and validation of share and claim-related information from various relevant sources.
• Perform in-depth research to authenticate data integrity and ensure information accuracy.
• Manage and process cases related to shares, dividends, transmission, and IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund).
• Meticulously review financial documents and maintain precise, up-to-date records within internal systems.
• Execute accurate and timely data entry, ensuring consistency and reliability of all recorded information.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain detailed case status reports, providing clear updates to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), or a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is required.
• Possess 0-2 years of professional experience; freshers with relevant academic backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated strong research acumen and excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to maintaining high levels of accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and Google Sheets for effective data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear documentation and inter-team coordination.
