Associate Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Commerce (B.Com), Arts (BA), Business Management Studies (BMS), M.Com, or MBA from a recognized institution.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in a research, data analysis, or operations-focused role; recent graduates with relevant academic projects are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data interpretation.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and SQL for database querying.
• Ability to process and interpret large volumes of information efficiently and translate complex data into clear, understandable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
