Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Support the monitoring of system performance and troubleshoot basic technical issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on various real-time projects, contributing to solution design and implementation.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and security improvements under guidance.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices for system operations and security.
• Learn and apply new technologies and methodologies relevant to system engineering.
• Provide technical support and assistance to internal teams as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc, MSc).
• Graduation year must be 2025 or 2026.
• Demonstrated basic technical knowledge in IT infrastructure or system operations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• High level of adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies rapidly.
• Ability to work in a full-time, night shift capacity from our Indore office.
