Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React workflows and principles, ensuring robust and scalable code.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional, interactive web applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, advocating for best practices in front-end architecture and performance optimization.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers, focusing on delivering an exceptional user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and participating actively in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, addressing any UI-related issues and ensuring the stability of the application.
• Stay abreast of the latest front-end technologies, trends, and best practices, continuously evaluating and integrating new tools to improve development processes and product quality.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of professional experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Engineer.
• Demonstrated expertise and strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and the React library, including React Hooks and context API.
• Solid understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3, with experience in CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and responsive design principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux or Redux, along with data structure libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms.
• Proficiency with front-end development tools such as Webpack, Babel, npm, or yarn.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
