Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and objective audits of all housekeeping and security services provided at various client locations to ensure adherence to company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Assess the effectiveness of existing operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures within both housekeeping and security functions.
• Identify discrepancies, non-compliance issues, potential risks, and areas for operational improvement, providing constructive feedback and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, root cause analysis, and proposed corrective and preventive actions for management and relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with service providers, facility managers, and internal teams to facilitate the understanding and implementation of audit recommendations.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of corrective actions taken post-audit, ensuring sustainable improvements and continued compliance.
• Stay current with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance procedures pertaining to housekeeping and security services.
• Provide training and guidance to service teams on best practices, quality standards, and compliance requirements as needed to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage audit schedules efficiently, ensuring all assigned audits are completed within stipulated timelines and with meticulous accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting audits specifically within Housekeeping, Security, or Facility Management services.
• Demonstrated strong observation skills, with the ability to identify subtle details and critical issues during inspections.
• Exceptional reporting and analytical skills, capable of compiling clear, concise, and actionable audit findings and recommendations.
• In-depth knowledge of safety standards, compliance procedures, and relevant regulatory frameworks applicable to facility and security management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and strong organizational skills in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to various client locations for on-site audits, which is an essential part of this Auditor role.
