Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of robust policy frameworks and strategic recommendations, ensuring they are grounded in rigorous research and actionable insights for government and public sector clients.
• Oversee the comprehensive Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation (IM&E) of large-scale public programs, ensuring effective execution and measurable outcomes.
• Drive practice growth by leading proposal development, crafting compelling RFP/RFQ responses, and identifying new opportunities within the government consulting landscape.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, influential relationships with senior government officials and key client leadership, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Provide expert mentorship and guidance to project teams across multiple engagements, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
• Analyze complex public sector challenges and develop innovative solutions that address critical policy and governance issues.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in public sector or government consulting, demonstrating a strong track record of successful engagement delivery.
• Mandatory postgraduate qualification: MBA/PGDM or a Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering from a reputable institution.
• A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Information Technology or Computer Science will be considered a significant advantage, particularly for projects with a technological component.
• Demonstrated expertise in policy analysis, strategic planning, and project management within the governmental ecosystem.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse project teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
