Azure Integration & Automation Engineer – IAM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Azure-based identity provisioning and lifecycle workflows.
• Automate identity-related processes and tasks using PowerShell scripting and various Azure services like Azure Automation.
• Design, build, and support robust REST API and database-driven integrations for identity and access management.
• Provide expert support for Active Directory and hybrid identity environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex provisioning, integration, and automation failures, performing root cause analysis.
• Actively participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, production support, and hypercare activities.
• Contribute to the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles for Azure solutions.
• Monitor, alert, and reconcile identity-related systems and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 to 7 years of hands-on professional experience as an Azure Integration & Automation Engineer or a similar role focused on IAM.
• Demonstrated expertise with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Automation.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell Scripting for automation and system management.
• Solid understanding and experience with REST API development, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Hybrid Identity, and comprehensive Identity Lifecycle Management (IAM).
• Experience with Azure Monitoring, Alerting, and Reconciliation strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD principles and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code within the Azure ecosystem.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively within the EST Time Zone, whenever required.
