Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of various production and packing machinery.
• Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in the execution of batch production activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols.
• Support in maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation for all production and packing processes.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and contribute to maintaining the highest product quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with supervisors and senior team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Actively participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a recognized university or institution.
• Fresher with no prior professional experience is required for this role.
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing and production.
• Basic understanding of pharmaceutical processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
