As a crucial member of our HR department, the Recruiter will be instrumental in leading our hiring initiatives. You will be responsible for meticulously managing the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach and engagement to comprehensive offer negotiation and pre-onboarding coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive, end-to-end recruitment processes for both Information Technology (IT) and Non-IT positions, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive candidate experience from application to offer.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to proactively identify and attract passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and our internal database.
• Conduct in-depth candidate screening, assessments, and interviews to thoroughly evaluate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and alignment with specific job requirements and company values.
• Efficiently manage and coordinate interview schedules, provide timely and constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring managers, and ensure all stakeholders are well-informed throughout the entire hiring cycle.
• Proactively build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and frequently recurring roles, fostering long-term relationships with potential candidates for future needs.
• Collaborate closely and effectively with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their departmental needs, refine job descriptions, and develop targeted and effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools efficiently to track candidate progress, manage comprehensive data, and generate insightful recruitment reports.
• Stay continuously updated with industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in recruitment to continually enhance our hiring effectiveness and competitive edge.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT & Non-IT Recruiter, demonstrating a strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Analysts, DevOps) and diverse non-technical positions (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Finance).
• Demonstrated expertise in managing the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including strategic sourcing, detailed screening, effective interviewing, and successful offer management.
• Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing techniques, including advanced Boolean search methodologies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other professional networking and recruitment platforms.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong rapport and trust with candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of efficiently managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote/work-from-home setup, consistently demonstrating initiative, proactivity, and strong accountability.
