Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive talent sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for specific Recruiter roles, utilizing various platforms including job boards, social media, professional networks, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process with professionalism and support.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their staffing needs and to formulate targeted recruitment plans.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and candidate submission to offer negotiation and pre-onboarding formalities.
• Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities within the company's CRM and ATS to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices to continuously refine sourcing strategies and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly in candidate management and documentation.
