Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives for various projects.
• Perform detailed business process analysis, identifying areas for improvement, optimization, and automation within existing workflows.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and other relevant specifications clearly and concisely.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, and quality assurance specialists throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Assist in the implementation of Agile methodologies, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and review meetings.
• Provide support in prioritizing requirements and managing changes to project scope.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with business strategies and contribute to overall company goals.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex information into understandable insights.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role; freshers with a strong aptitude are highly encouraged to apply.
• A basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear, structured, and detailed reports and specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to dissect complex business problems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction and requirement articulation.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior internship or project experience in Business Analysis or IT domains will be considered a significant advantage.
