Business Analyst

Digitap is seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst specializing in Client Value and Product Adoption. This role is crucial for enhancing product utilization, extracting valuable insights, and generating significant business impact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data to solve complex business problems and deliver tangible client value.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehend client business requirements thoroughly and pinpoint opportunities to boost product usage and effectiveness.
• Perform in-depth data analysis using tools like SQL and Excel/Google Sheets, converting complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration with client stakeholders, as well as internal product and technical development teams.
• Monitor and report on product adoption rates, user engagement metrics, overall business outcomes, and return on investment (ROI).
• Discover and promote new use cases, helping clients fully capitalize on the value provided by our innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business Analysis, Data/Product Analytics, Consulting, or similar client-facing analytical roles.
• Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and effective stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in using SQL and Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously at client locations.
• Willingness to complete a mandatory 3-month training period in Bengaluru, followed by onsite deployment in Thane.
• Experience in fintech, banking, financial services, product adoption strategies, or customer engagement is highly preferred.
