Business Analyst

LinkageIT is actively seeking talented and experienced Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is ideal for professionals with a profound understanding of business rules and process analysis, ready to make an immediate impact. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving efficiency and innovation within our projects.

We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, leveraging their analytical prowess to define and optimize business processes and rules. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from our Hyderabad office or remotely, catering to your preferred work style while ensuring collaborative success within our global operations, often working within the 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST time window.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth Business Rules Analysis and Business Process Analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Utilize BPMN 2.0 and DMN to model and document complex business processes and decisions effectively.
• Classify Business Rules versus Technical Rules, ensuring clear understanding and implementation guidelines.
• Manage the entire Business Rules Lifecycle, including governance, versioning, auditability, and change controls.
• Develop comprehensive Agile User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to guide development teams.
• Perform AS-IS and TO-BE Process Modeling to define future state processes and transition strategies.
• Construct Decision Tables, utilizing FEEL, BKMs, and DRDs for precise business decision and logic modeling.
• Develop robust Business Data Models to support data-driven decision-making and system design.
• Ensure requirements and process traceability across project phases, maintaining documentation integrity.
• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders effectively to gather requirements and achieve consensus.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business rules and process analysis.
• Demonstrated expertise in BPMN 2.0, DMN, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and perform AS-IS/TO-BE process modeling.
• Experience with Decision Tables, FEEL, BKMs, DRDs, and Business Decision/Logic Modeling.
• Strong background in Business Rules Governance, versioning, auditability, and change controls.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to join immediately and integrate quickly into existing project teams.
• Flexibility to work in the 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM IST time window to support global operations.
