Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

• Act as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

• Support the quality assurance and testing phases by reviewing test plans, executing user acceptance testing (UAT), and verifying solutions meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a fast-paced e-commerce, digital marketing, or technology-driven environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, capable of dissecting complex challenges into manageable components.
• Proficiency in utilizing data analysis tools such as SQL for querying databases, advanced Excel for data manipulation, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Practical experience with various requirements gathering methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, alongside strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
