Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Conduct thorough data analysis using tools like MS Excel and SQL to identify trends, derive insights, and support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the design and development of business processes, working closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet user needs.
• Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions against requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Support project managers in various stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), contributing to successful project execution.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
• Continuously research and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to the Business Analyst role.

Requirements

• An MBA qualification is essential for this Business Analyst position.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, is required.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau will be considered a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies.
• Prior internship experience as a Business Analyst is preferred and highly valued.
