Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business problems and data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic initiatives and product development.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in marketing analytics or adtech is a significant plus.
