Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and meticulously document comprehensive business requirements for various projects.
• Prepare essential documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and detailed Process Flows, ensuring clarity and precision.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between diverse business units and technical development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide critical support for data analysis initiatives, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Assist in the planning and execution of testing phases, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet specified business needs.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and accessible.
• Support effective stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment on project goals, progress, and potential challenges.
• Identify and analyze business problems, proposing innovative and practical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
• Participate in project planning and scope definition, helping to ensure realistic timelines and deliverables for the Business Analyst function.

Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience level: Fresher – 1 Year of professional experience is welcome.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and robust problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective stakeholder interaction and documentation.
• Basic foundational knowledge of Excel and SQL is required.
• An understanding of software development methodologies, particularly SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile principles, is a significant advantage.
