Business Analyst

Zenitus Technologies is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Japanese Bilingual Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with our Japanese clients on exciting projects within the Insurance domain. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bridging communication gaps, analyzing business requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary liaison between technical teams and Japanese-speaking clients, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements from stakeholders for various projects.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, concise, and actionable functional specifications for development teams.
• Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the project management team in planning, execution, and monitoring project progress.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
• Ensure that proposed solutions align with client objectives and technical capabilities.
• Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to test case development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6-10+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Insurance domain.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Japanese language (N3 level or higher is mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Japanese.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
