Business Data Analyst

Bajaj Finserv Asset Management Ltd is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a Business Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our strategic decision-making process by leveraging your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Work with large and complex datasets to extract meaningful information.
• Collaborate with various business units to understand their data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives related to Marketing, Customer, and Business Analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 1-3 years of professional experience as a Business Data Analyst or in a similar data-focused role.
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of Marketing, Customer, or Business Analytics concepts.
