Business Transformation Consultant

Infinite is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Transformation Consultant – Procurement (Coupa) to join our expert team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of core Coupa modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Information Management (SIM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Sourcing.
• Architect and execute robust integration solutions between Coupa and various enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, particularly SAP, ensuring seamless data flow and process synchronization.
• Design, plan, and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, meticulously identifying, documenting, and resolving any issues to guarantee system stability and performance.
• Spearhead Release Management activities for Coupa environments, coordinating version upgrades, patch deployments, and the introduction of new functionalities with minimal business disruption.
• Provide expert consultation and strategic guidance on comprehensive procurement transformation projects, advising clients on industry best practices, process re-engineering, and strategic technology adoption.
• Collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, including client teams, third-party vendors, and internal project managers, to ensure successful project delivery aligned with business objectives and timelines.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing procurement workflows, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose innovative, data-driven solutions leveraging Coupa's capabilities to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption and capability building post-implementation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive professional experience specifically in implementing, configuring, and supporting Coupa solutions within large-scale procurement environments.
• Demonstrable expertise across key Coupa modules: P2P, SIM, CLM, and Sourcing, with a strong understanding of their interdependencies and best-practice application.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Coupa-SAP/ERP integrations, including knowledge of integration methodologies, data mapping, and troubleshooting common interface challenges.
• Proven track record in managing and executing SIT and UAT cycles, including test case development, defect management, and resolution coordination.
• Solid understanding of Release Management principles and practices in an enterprise software context.
• Strong analytical acumen with the ability to diagnose complex business problems and translate them into effective technical and process solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
