As a Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in translating complex business requirements into robust and scalable technical specifications, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performance, large-scale C++ applications and software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and architectural vision.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Design Patterns.
• Integrate C++ applications seamlessly with Python and other scripting environments, enhancing functionality and system interoperability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers, promoting continuous learning and skill development within the team.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
• Champion Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to optimize development workflows and project delivery.
• Effectively utilize Git for version control and manage complex collaborative development processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions and strategic insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is compulsory.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in software development, with a strong emphasis on C++.
• Demonstrated expertise in C++ and a proven track record of building and deploying large-scale, high-performance applications.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and common Design Patterns.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and hands-on experience with C++ integration with scripting environments.
• Extensive experience with version control systems, particularly Git, in a collaborative team setting.
• Familiarity and practical experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to guide projects and mentor team members effectively.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple project locations including Pune, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
