C# .NET Developer

Aziro, formerly MSys Technologies, is actively seeking an experienced and highly skilled C# .NET Developer to join our innovative team in Baner, Pune. Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure applications using C#, the .NET Framework, including .NET 4.x, and other related technologies.
• Legacy Modernization: Actively participate in working with and modernizing existing legacy applications, ensuring smooth transitions, performance enhancements, and future scalability.
• Secure Coding: Champion and implement industry-best secure coding practices throughout the development lifecycle to safeguard our products and user data within the security domain.
• Database Management: Utilize SQL and MS SQL expertise for effective database design, query optimization, and data management to support application functionalities.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, QA engineers, and other development teams to define, design, and ship new features and enhancements.
• Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices for maintaining a clean and efficient codebase.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal application functionality and user experience.
• Product Lifecycle Contribution: Contribute significantly to all phases of the product development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• Core .NET Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience as a C# .NET Developer with deep proficiency in the .NET Framework, specifically including .NET 4.x, and strong object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Database Skills: Exceptional command over SQL, with practical experience working with MS SQL Server for database development, stored procedures, and complex query writing.
• Security Domain Knowledge: Demonstrable experience within a security domain environment, understanding the nuances of secure application development and common vulnerabilities.
• Specialized Frameworks: Proficiency in at least one of the following: ASP.NET Web Forms, WinForms, OpenSSL, or NHibernate, showcasing versatility in .NET technologies.
• Legacy Systems & Web Fundamentals: Experience working with and improving legacy applications, coupled with a strong understanding of web fundamentals and architectural patterns.
• Secure Coding Advocate: A strong commitment to and knowledge of secure coding practices, including defensive programming and vulnerability mitigation.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently and collaboratively.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
