Millennium Semiconductors India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Campus Recruiter to join our growing team in Pune. This pivotal role is responsible for orchestrating the complete campus recruitment lifecycle, from strategy development to successful onboarding, for various functions including engineering, technology, and sales. As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping our future talent pipeline, fostering strong relationships with academic institutions, and enhancing our employer brand among university students.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment initiatives, ensuring a seamless hiring process for diverse roles.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with colleges, universities, and placement cells to establish Millennium Semiconductors as a preferred employer.
• Organize and lead campus drives, assessment centers, and interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers across engineering, technology, and business units to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement innovative employer branding and student engagement programs to attract top-tier talent.
• Monitor and analyze key hiring metrics, including offer-to-joining conversion rates, to continuously optimize recruitment effectiveness.
• Manage candidate databases, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and data privacy regulations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 to 8 years of dedicated experience in Campus Recruitment.
• Proven experience in managing full-cycle campus hiring programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong relationships with educational institutions and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics.
• Prior experience within the Electronics, Semiconductor, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Technology industry is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
