Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for US-based clients, from initial requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various platforms, databases, and professional networks to attract diverse candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs, provide market insights, and optimize recruitment efforts.
• Manage and update candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems (ATS) meticulously, ensuring data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in US recruitment to continuously enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
• Provide expert guidance to candidates on resume optimization, interview preparation, and career development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of dedicated experience in US recruitment, demonstrating a solid understanding of the US job market.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various industries and roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse individuals.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software, and various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work effectively during US shifts, aligning with client time zones and operational needs.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong commitment to achieving recruitment targets and delivering high-quality results.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
