Change Manager Lead

Parseq is seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Manager Lead with a strong background in ServiceNow to join our team in Mumbai. This pivotal role involves driving enterprise change governance, leading critical Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews, and ensuring that all change executions across our vital applications are compliant with risk management policies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ITIL frameworks and be adept at managing various types of changes to maintain operational stability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the enterprise change governance process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
• Facilitate and lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring thorough review and approval of changes.
• Oversee risk assessment and regulatory compliance for all change initiatives.
• Develop and implement robust change metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure seamless integration of change management processes with release, incident, and problem management.
• Drive continuous improvement in change management practices and procedures.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on change management principles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Change Management, preferably within a large enterprise environment.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow Change Management module.
• Strong understanding and practical application of ITIL principles, including Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes.
• Demonstrated ability in CAB Management and effective stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with risk assessment and ensuring regulatory compliance in change execution.
• Proficiency in developing change metrics and comprehensive reporting.
• Familiarity with release, incident, and problem management integration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
