Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that are meticulously aligned with Revenus Industries' business goals, providing expert counsel to senior management on all critical people-related decisions.
- Oversee the entire spectrum of HR operations, including strategic manpower planning, efficient talent acquisition processes, proactive employee relations management, and effective retention programs to minimize attrition.
- Design, implement, and continuously refine performance management systems, robust training and development programs, and clear career development pathways to elevate employee capabilities and organizational productivity.
- Ensure stringent compliance with all relevant labor laws, statutory regulations such as Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity, and Bonus schemes, alongside internal HR policies and processes.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll and benefits administration, guaranteeing accuracy, timely disbursement, and optimization of compensation and benefits structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and impartial mediator for all employee grievance and disciplinary matters, fostering a fair, transparent, and respectful workplace culture.
- Proactively monitor, analyze, and report on key HR metrics, including attrition rates, employee productivity, hiring costs, and absenteeism, utilizing these insights to inform strategic adjustments and continuous improvement efforts.
- Champion a vibrant culture of engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion across the entire organization, striving to position Revenus Industries as an employer of choice in the manufacturing industry.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field is an essential prerequisite for this leadership role.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive and relevant HR experience, with a significant portion of this experience gained in a senior leadership or strategic management capacity.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly preferred, indicating an understanding of its unique HR challenges, operational demands, and regulatory landscape.
- Profound knowledge and practical application of HR best practices, comprehensive labor laws, sophisticated compensation & benefits structures, and modern talent management strategies.
- Exceptional leadership acumen, coupled with superior communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic decision-making skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to successfully manage complex HR projects, drive impactful change initiatives, and build, mentor, and lead high-performing HR teams.
- Proficiency in utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and data analysis tools to derive actionable insights from HR metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
