Contract Renewal Specialist

TecLogos Automation Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Renewal Specialist to join our team in Pune. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience who are eager to develop their career in finance and commercial operations. The Contract Renewal Specialist will play a crucial role in managing our contract lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and meticulously manage all contract renewals to prevent lapses and ensure continuity of service.
• Coordinate effectively with customers and various internal teams to facilitate smooth renewal processes.
• Prepare accurate quotations, invoices, purchase orders (POs), and other essential commercial documents.
• Proactively follow up on approvals, necessary documentation, and outstanding payments.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, revenue, and renewal statuses.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and detailed renewal reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration (BBA), or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates.
• Basic understanding of finance and commercial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
