CyberArk Engineer - OT Security

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CyberArk Engineer with a specialization in Operational Technology (OT) Security. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and managing robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Secrets Management solutions within critical industrial environments. The ideal CyberArk Engineer will possess deep technical expertise in CyberArk products and a comprehensive understanding of OT security principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of CyberArk PAM solutions, including Digital Vault, PVWA, CPM, and PSM, within OT and industrial infrastructure.
• Develop and deploy CyberArk Secrets Manager / Conjur for secure secrets management and integration across various platforms.
• Onboard privileged accounts and configure automated password rotation policies to enhance security posture.
• Implement and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least privilege principles for OT systems.
• Manage secure remote access and vendor access solutions for industrial control systems (ICS).
• Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory/LDAP, SIEM, and other security tools using REST APIs.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery (HA/DR) for CyberArk deployments.
• Apply deep knowledge of OT security principles, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, ICS, and IEC 62443 standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, Privileged Access Management (PAM), or identity security.
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with CyberArk implementation, configuration, and integration.
• Strong expertise in CyberArk Secrets Manager / Conjur for managing application secrets and credentials.
• Proven experience or strong preference for candidates with OT or industrial cybersecurity background.
• Familiarity with secure remote access solutions and vendor access management.
• Understanding of network security protocols (e.g., TLS) and SIEM integration.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing complex security projects independently.
