Cybersecurity Lead

Reliance Jio is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated CMP Security Lead to join our dynamic team in Udaipur, Rajasthan. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the security framework across our critical infrastructure, ensuring the protection of assets, and maintaining operational continuity. As a CMP Security Lead, you will play a crucial role in preventing incidents, investigating security breaches, and implementing robust security policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site audits and ensure the timely resolution of all identified security findings and vulnerabilities.
• Proactively work to prevent theft, mitigate security incidents, lead investigations, and drive the implementation of effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure network security readiness without impacting network operations or performance.
• Serve as a primary liaison with local law enforcement agencies for security incidents, investigations, and other legal matters.
• Identify potential security risks, develop and maintain robust intelligence networks, conduct regular patrols, and escalate threats promptly.
• Efficiently optimize security resources and manage the Security Loss Prevention (SLP) budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Take full responsibility for loss prevention activities through thorough checks and meticulous investigations across the FTTX network.
• Conduct detailed investigations into security incidents, prepare and submit comprehensive findings, and implement feedback to continuously improve security policies.
• Ensure the security of the FTTX Network, including regular patrolling and auditing of FTTX nodes, coordinating closely with NW/FTTX teams.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of progressive experience in security operations, with a strong focus on telecom security.
• Demonstrated experience in Fibre operation maintenance, Outside Plant (OSP) management, and general infrastructure maintenance.
• Proven expertise in telecom security operations, covering both Internet Service Provider (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) environments, including project-based experience.
• Solid experience in network deployment, network roll-out, and overall network operations within a large-scale organization.
• Possess strong knowledge and practical experience in liaising effectively with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Candidates from a services background must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant corporate security experience.
• Graduation in any stream is required; a technical educational background (ITI/Diploma in Electronics, ECE, Industrial Electronics, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
