As an MIS Executive at Flexisales, you will play a pivotal role in managing and analyzing key business data, transforming raw information into actionable insights that drive our growth and operational efficiency. Your work will directly support various departments, providing them with the intelligence needed to make informed choices and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and meticulously analyze data from diverse internal and external sources to generate comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) reports.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using various tools to present complex data in an understandable format for stakeholders.
• Ensure the utmost accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data across reporting systems, performing regular data validation and reconciliation.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to deeply understand their specific data requirements and deliver tailored analytical support.
• Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within data sets, translating findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.
• Streamline and automate routine reporting processes to significantly improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure timely delivery of information.
• Contribute to data quality initiatives and support basic database management tasks to optimize data accessibility and reliability.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by senior management, providing quick and accurate responses to urgent data needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of proven professional experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or a similar role, specifically within the B2B industry.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and data visualization techniques.
• Solid foundational knowledge of SQL for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and querying from relational databases.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and precision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field is highly preferred.
