Data Analyst / MIS Executive

As an MIS Executive, you will be at the forefront of our data operations, responsible for creating and maintaining robust Management Information Systems. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data, preparing comprehensive reports and dashboards that support various departments. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using advanced Excel features to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by management to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data processed and reported.
• Automate reporting processes where possible to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies and report inaccuracies promptly.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to aid in better decision-making.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution is required.
• Proven experience of 1-3 years in a dedicated MIS Executive or similar data analysis role.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and INDEX-MATCH functions.
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis, data management, and the preparation of comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and report presentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
