Data Analyst / MIS Executive

As an MIS Executive at Innodata, you will play a crucial role in monitoring key performance indicators, automating reporting processes, and ensuring data accuracy across various departments. Your analytical prowess and technical skills will be instrumental in supporting our Recruitment, Finance, HR, and Delivery teams with robust and timely reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports and dashboards that provide clear insights into operational performance.
• Monitor and track critical KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as productivity, utilization rates, deployment efficiency, and fulfillment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Automate existing reporting processes using advanced functionalities within Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Conduct thorough data validation, implement rigorous quality checks, and perform regular reporting audits to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of all generated data.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Recruitment, Finance, HR, and Delivery to understand their reporting needs and provide tailored data solutions.
• Manage and execute ad-hoc analytics requests and prepare management reports that support strategic planning and decision-making for leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or a similar role focused on data management and reporting.
• Exceptional proficiency in Advanced Excel, including extensive experience with Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros/VBA for data manipulation and automation.
• Demonstrated expertise with leading Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Solid understanding and practical knowledge of SQL for data extraction and querying.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, concise reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders and presentation of insights.
• High degree of attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining data confidentiality and security standards.
