Data Analyst / MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain various Excel-based databases, trackers, and interactive dashboards for effective data visualization and monitoring.
• Proactively collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Generate detailed performance and productivity reports, offering clear insights into operational metrics.
• Actively identify, investigate, and resolve any data discrepancies or inconsistencies to maintain high data integrity.
• Respond to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from various departments, providing timely and precise data support.
• Ensure strict adherence to reporting standards and deadlines, contributing to the smooth flow of information within the company.
• Collaborate with different teams to understand their reporting needs and optimize data extraction processes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; B.Com, BBA, or BCA qualifications are highly preferred.
• Possession of 6 months to 1 year of proven professional experience in an MIS or data analysis role.
• Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, and COUNTIFS.
• Demonstrated strong capabilities in MIS reporting, data management, and comprehensive data analysis.
• Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting reports and interacting with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to interpret complex data effectively.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities efficiently.
• Immediate availability to join the team will be considered a significant advantage.
