Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from various internal and external sources.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports using business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct in-depth analysis of trends, identify performance gaps, investigate data anomalies, and provide robust, data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
• Utilize Python for advanced data analysis, scripting, and automation tasks to improve data processing efficiencies.
• Apply your experience in sectors like e-commerce, retail, supply chain, logistics, or healthcare operations to real-world business challenges.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of data modeling principles and dashboard performance optimization techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau for dashboard and report creation.
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation is essential.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, supply chain, logistics, or healthcare operations is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
