We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analytics professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Learning & Development (L&D) combined with robust data analytics skills to drive business insights and enhance our reporting capabilities. This role is crucial for transforming raw data into actionable strategies that will shape our future initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business performance and L&D initiatives.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI Dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide comprehensive reporting.
- Utilize advanced Excel and Power Query for data manipulation, cleaning, and preparation.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various databases.
- Implement AI agents and workflow automation solutions to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data, identifying and resolving data-related issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver impactful analytical solutions.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of professional experience in data analytics or a related field.
- Mandatory strong background in Learning & Development (L&D).
- Proficiency in Data Analytics concepts and technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in creating Power BI Dashboards, KPI measurement, and reporting.
- Expert-level skills in Advanced Excel and Power Query.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with AI Agents and Workflow Automation principles.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
