Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of intricate datasets, identifying key trends, patterns, and anomalies to generate valuable business insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using advanced Excel and Power Query functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with various business stakeholders to thoroughly understand their analytical needs and translate them into effective, custom Business Intelligence solutions.
• Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and areas for process improvement through rigorous data analysis.
• Develop and present clear, compelling data visualizations and narratives that simplify complex information for diverse audiences, fostering data-driven discussions.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our data architecture and reporting frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
• Support the adoption of data best practices and tools across different departments within Chirok Health.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering impactful insights.
• Exceptional mastery of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query for data transformation and modeling.
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles and experience working with various data sources.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innate ability to extract meaningful conclusions from large datasets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with Power BI (including DAX and data modeling) and familiarity with data warehousing concepts are highly desirable.
• A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
