Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced GenAI and LLM-powered solutions, including natural language processing applications.
• Analyze complex datasets, build robust machine learning models, and develop predictive algorithms for various business challenges as a Data Scientist.
• Architect scalable and resilient enterprise platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability.
• Drive technical innovation as a Tech Lead, guiding teams through complex project lifecycles using best practices in Python and other relevant technologies.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle for AI/ML and software development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards as a Project Manager.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences, translating complex technical requirements into user-friendly designs as a Principal UI/UX Designer.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Proven relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GCP), System Design, and Software Architecture.
• Proficiency in Python programming and extensive experience with data science libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Specialized expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) is highly desirable for specific data science and tech lead roles.
• Solid understanding of database systems, particularly SQL, for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• For UI/UX roles, a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design principles and proficiency with design tools like Figma.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
