Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement various machine learning models and algorithms, from conception to production deployment.
• Utilize your strong proficiency in Python for extensive data manipulation, statistical analysis, and the development of sophisticated machine learning pipelines.
• Perform in-depth data exploration, cleaning, and feature engineering using libraries like Pandas and NumPy to prepare datasets for model training.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various databases for analytical purposes.
• Leverage AWS cloud services to build, deploy, monitor, and manage scalable machine learning models and infrastructure in a production environment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into effective data science solutions.
• Evaluate model performance rigorously, conduct A/B testing, and continuously refine models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, tools, and best practices in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Proven strong experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer, demonstrating a track record of successful project delivery.
• Exceptional proficiency in Python programming, specifically within the context of data science and machine learning, including extensive use of Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Comprehensive understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning), statistical modeling, and experimental design.
• Advanced SQL skills for efficient data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from large-scale databases.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., S3, EC2, SageMaker, Lambda) for deploying, managing, and scaling machine learning workloads.
• Demonstrated ability to take machine learning models from research and development phases through to production deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an aptitude for critical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
