• Actively participate in structured training programs to deepen understanding of essential system administration tasks and emerging technologies, including cloud platforms and virtualization concepts.
• Document all support procedures, incident resolutions, and system configurations accurately to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Ensure the smooth operation of IT services by performing routine checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Learn to implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and infrastructure.

Requirements
