Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions and workshops on DevOps principles and practices.
• Provide expert instruction on cloud platforms including AWS and Azure, focusing on their integration within DevOps workflows.
• Educate participants on containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Guide learners through practical exercises and real-world scenarios to solidify their understanding and application of DevOps tools.
• Design and update course curricula, training materials, and assessments to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support trainees, offering personalized feedback and addressing their technical queries.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and trends in DevOps, cloud computing, and related technologies to keep course content current.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance training methodologies and content delivery.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of demonstrable hands-on experience in a dedicated DevOps role.
• Proven proficiency and practical expertise in major cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with containerization technologies, including Docker, and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of various DevOps tools and their applications (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, monitoring).
• Previous experience in training, mentoring, or teaching technical subjects, particularly in DevOps, is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
• A strong passion for technology education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is a plus.
