DevOps Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on core DevOps concepts and advanced practices.
• Conduct engaging, interactive, and practical sessions on AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and various other essential DevOps tools.
• Design and implement hands-on labs, projects, and simulations to reinforce learning and ensure practical skill development.
• Provide one-on-one and group mentoring to students, addressing their queries and guiding them through complex technical challenges.
• Continuously update course content and training methodologies to reflect the latest industry trends and best practices in the DevOps ecosystem.
• Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their learning objectives.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance existing programs and create new, innovative training initiatives.
• Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment that encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven professional experience in a DevOps role, with a strong understanding of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure, including deployment and management of services.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of various DevOps tools for version control, automation, monitoring, and infrastructure as code.
• Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or teaching roles is highly preferred, showcasing the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
• A strong passion for teaching, continuous learning, and staying updated with the latest advancements in DevOps and cloud technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues encountered during training and provide effective solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is a plus.
